The developer is Tan A Dai Thanh Group — Meyland. Tân Á Đại Thành Group was established in 1993 and operates in manufacturing and real estate. The development is now marketed under the MeyGroup brand.
The project investor is Ham Ninh Kien Giang Real Estate Development Investment JSC. Partners include Darkhorse, HBA, BeltCollins and Accor. The Grand Mercure hotel component and the management arrangements for individual apartments should be considered separately: the involvement of a hotel brand does not mean every apartment has the same management contract.

The development is near Bai Truong on the west coast, around 12 minutes from the international airport and 20 minutes from Duong Dong. These are indicative times; during a viewing we check the actual route to the beach, access roads, surroundings and real travel time.
